We are looking to recruit a full-time, non-teaching Student Support Assistant to assist our Head of Key Stage in delivering excellent pastoral and well-being support for our students. You will enjoy working with young people and have strong inter-personal, organisational and communication skills. 

You will have the opportunity to work with exceptional students who are enthusiastic, incredibly hard working and happy to learn.

Lutterworth High School is a high attaining and oversubscribed 11-16 Academy school. Everything we do is underpinned by our ethos ‘where learning comes first’ and we are proud of our excellent reputation.  

Please note that a school year is 38 weeks. The hours of the 39th week are disaggregated throughout the year for weekly staff meetings and training days which you will be required to attend.
