Full time equivalent salary range of £20,667pa to £22,425pa

We are looking to recruit a confident individual to support students at The Hollyfield School in achieving their full potential.
The successful candidate will be working with the Heads of Year, Senco, Student Support Centre Manager and Senior Leadership Team to provide intervention strategies for positive behaviour management and to provide a strong positive role model to students and develop a positive ethos within the existing pastoral system.
Hollyfield is a beautiful school set in the Surbiton area of Surrey with excellent transport links to central London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. We are an ambitious school that puts student achievement and wellbeing at its’ heart.
In April 2016 we were judged by Ofsted to be ‘good’ -‘The provision for pupils’ personal development is outstanding.’ Since then we have worked hard to continue to develop our high standards.
