37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year  

We are looking to recruit an exceptional individual to join our outstanding Student Tutor team to provide pastoral and academic support to our full time learners. You will have experience of supporting and motivating young people to achieve their full potential in an educational setting.   

You will have experience of supporting students aged 16-19 and will have an understanding of their support needs. You will be highly motivated and have the ability to work under pressure. You will have experience of target setting, working to tight deadlines and have proven time management and organisational skills.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size. 

Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
