Job overview

We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter who will support the wellbeing of our pupils, support the pastoral team and the DSL. 

About the role: 

The role is to support the pastoral team to ensure all student welfare and well-being procedures and processes are effective; support the work of the DSL to ensure safeguarding procedures are compliant, support the Senor Leader to ensure behavioural records are compliant and liaise with parents/families on all welfare issues.
