The Gainsborough Academy is an inclusive and aspirational Academy based in the Lincolnshire town of Gainsborough, easily accessible from the M18, M180 and A1 motorway networks.  We occupy a state of the art building with extensive grounds, learning and recreational facilities which are designed to inspire pupils and staff alike. We are working with Wickerlsey Partnership Trust.  An outstanding Trust based in Rotherham. 

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, energetic, dynamic and ambitious Subject Leader – ICT & Business Studies from September 2019, to raise standards through the development of teaching and learning within the ICT & Business Studies Department and share our commitment to raising standards, expectations and instilling a passion for learning for all.   

The candidate will be an outstanding teacher with the drive and capacity to really thrive in this role and make a significant difference and is able to bring ideas, energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to securing strong progress and raising achievement of all students.
