We seek to appoint an outstanding Subject Leader of Health and Social Care who is dynamic, enthusiastic and creative. The successful applicant will be passionate about inspiring our students and be a team player who works collaboratively with colleagues. It would be desirable if the candidate can teach either Geography, History or Religious Studies. 

Our outstanding Health & Social Care department offers the BTEC Award at KS4 and we are looking for someone to develop our provision at KS5 for September 2019. Results this summer were very impressive: D*- D 38%, D* - L2M 76%.

The successful applicant will be

  • Qualified to deliver Health and Social Care across Key Stages 4 – 5 to the highest standard

Tring School is popular and over-subscribed, serving the town of Tring and the surrounding villages. It is a mixed Church of England all-ability school, 1500 on roll, over 300 Post-16. Academic attainment is well above average and improving year on year. The school strives to support and encourage individual growth within a caring community.
