Rodborough School is seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic and innovative teacher of Physical Education to lead our PE Department. 

Candidates will be excellent classroom practitioners and will have a track record of success when it comes to the teaching of PE. They will have a clear understanding of what makes a successful PE department and will realise the importance of effective collaboration.

Outcomes for students at Rodborough are consistently strong with a Progress 8 score of +0.51 placing us in the top 13% of schools nationally. An Attainment 8 score of 5.6 places us in the top 11% of schools nationally. 

Rodborough is a very successful, popular, oversubscribed 11-16 school near Godalming, Surrey.  It has an excellent reputation for providing a broad and rounded education whilst challenging all students to achieve their best.  At Rodborough we are committed to the development of our teachers through an extensive programme of internal CPD. This is enhanced by opportunities to develop further through our partnerships in the wider area. Rodborough takes an active role within the Waverley Federation and Confederation of schools, which includes our Sixth Form provider, Godalming College.
