The de Ferrers Trust is a Multi Academy Trust comprising three Secondary Academies and four Primary Academies, currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

The Role

We are looking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic Support & Guidance House Leader who will play a pivotal role in supporting our students. Taking care of everyone in your House, you will go the extra mile to ensure our students are safe, happy and cared for. 

The House Leader role is crucial within our small team of dedicated professionals, and we will look to you to be a flexible, energetic team player with the ability to multi-task and yet retain a sense of balance and humour.

About You

To be successful, you will have good organisational skills to ensure effective pastoral support to our students; supporting their behaviour, attendance and welfare in order to secure the best possible outcomes. You will be effective at supporting home-school contact and promoting strategies to develop positive attitudes for learning.
