The Gateway Learning Community [GLC] is a partnership between one secondary and four primary schools located within Tilbury and Chadwell in the borough of Thurrock to the east of London.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our happy committed team to ensure the efficient and effective running of all non-teaching [support] services throughout Lansdowne Primary Academy. You will lead a team responsible for the day to day running of administration, communications (aspects of HR and Finance), procurement, lettings, site, cleaning, grounds maintenance, catering, technical, and reprographics services of Lansdowne Primary Academy. Working with the academy’s leadership team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and practices. This position will also interact with the Board of Directors as required.
This key role is crucial to our success and is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated individual who:
• Has excellent organisation and strategic management skills with an ability to work at all levels;
• Has the ability to build effective working relationships with governors, school staff, parents and the office team;
• Has excellent communication skills and is a team player with a positive approach;
