SUPPORT WORKERS – FULL TIME, FRACTIONAL & VARIABLE

Hours: Full time & Fractional (38 weeks per year) & Variable
Salary: £15,466 - £17,560 per annum pro-rata

We are currently looking to recruit dynamic and experienced Behaviour Support Workers to join our team of education specialists supporting students with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties who are taking their first steps towards a career in the construction industry.
You will have experience of working to promote positive behaviour in a school, PRU, college or residential care setting and be committed to restorative practice. Duties will include working with students 1:1 and in small groups in vocational areas, supporting access to enrichment activities, liaising with teachers and families/ carers, contributing to progress reviews and promoting independence. An understanding of strategies for Emotional Coaching and Team teach training would be an advantage.
You should possess 5 GCSES grade A*-C including English Language and Maths or an equivalent qualification.
