An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced teaching assistant with knowledge of SEN at a school in Coventry to start in March. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a friendly and passionate network of staff, encouraging children to achieve their full potential. This school caters for students with MLD, SLD and ASD, 13 to 19 years of age.
We are ideally looking for a passionate individual who is driven by the success of children. It would be highly beneficial if you have a variety of continued learning such as Team Teach and Makaton training
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes –
· Level 2 or 3 TA qualification
· Deliver quality assistance to teacher(s) and pupil(s)
· Build rapport with the children
· In date DBS & on the Update Service
