We are currently looking for a Teacher of Biology for our Senior School Voorshoten (SSV) campus, just outside of The Hague, from January 2019. Why this role?
We are looking for a qualified and experienced teacher of Biology who can teach Biology in Year 9 at GCSE (AQA Separate and Combined Science: Trilogy), IB and A level as well as Combined Science in Years 7 and 8. As well as the teaching responsibilities, you will also play an integral role within the pastoral system of the school and a have a willingness to offer extra-curricular activities linked to the department. Within the role there is also an expectation of playing a full role in the development of the department.
Why you?
You will have experience of teaching UK curricula (GCSE, A Level and IB) and have the ability to adapt your teaching to meet the international environment of the school. If you have experience of teaching students for whom English is not their first language, this would be a considerable advantage. You will be confident integrating EdTech into your teaching and use a range of teaching and learning styles.

The Science Faculty compromises of 23 full and part-time teaching and technical staff housed in 10 specialist laboratories and 3 preparation rooms.
