8.4 weeks annual leave (pro rata)
Are you creative, proactive and able to manage a team? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are you able to use these to promote an outstanding adult learner experience? If you are qualified with a level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (or equivalent) with a qualification and experience relevant to the post, this role could be for you.
As a Teacher Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising courses within the subject programme area; lead on curriculum development activities in liaison with members of the teams; recruit, supervise and support part-time tutors and other staff as appropriate; carry out the necessary administrative and quality assurance procedures; monitor student progress across accredited courses and to teach on the programme as necessary.
