About St Joseph’s Primary School CORAKI

Found in the small town of Coraki, New South Wales, St Joseph’s Primary is a Catholic school that provides education to around 70 students from the surrounding areas. The school has classes from Kindergarten through to Year 6.

St Joseph’s started life out as early as 1800 as a temporary school in a church, where local mothers taught classes. It later changed into a full school with the support and guidance of the Presentation Sisters who established a community in Lismore in 1886.
