Job overview
The New Bridge Academy is a secondary special academy for students aged 11-18 who have Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. It is part of the Ascent Academies’ Trust comprising five special academies.
We are seeking to appoint a passionate lead practitioner to teach English across the academy. As part of the staff team, you will play a key role in teaching, learning and achievement of small groups of students. Candidates will have experience of teaching students with SEMH difficulties as appropriate for the role. This is a temporary role to cover maternity leave, to commence in February 2018.
