Salary Information: MPR; £29,915- £41,136 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting or UPR; £42,559- £45,766 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting + SEN Allowance; £2,270 - £4,479 (dependent upon applicant experience).

Due to a significant expansion in student numbers, Moorcroft School is looking for teachers to join our school from September 2022.    

We are looking to recruit additional class teachers and teachers to cover PPA. We are a thriving and exceptional special school with a strong and creative teaching team, and have been judged as outstanding by Ofsted. We cater for a range of special needs including Severe Learning Disabilities, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Disorders. Some of the students may also have additional sensory / physical impairments, or challenging behaviour. We are looking for a teacher who is able to inspire young people to achieve their very best.

The school is a member of the Eden Academy Trust, which is a multi-academy, trust incorporating 7 special schools in the London Boroughs of Hillingdon, Harrow and in the North of England.  The academy will be expanding over the next few years through the free school programme.   

We offer a bespoke induction programme for new teachers. This includes comprehensive training for those embarking on a new career and a wide range of professional development opportunities for experienced teachers. You also will have an opportunity to work collaboratively throughout the Eden Academy and alongside our multi-professional team.
