The college is looking to recruit teachers who are committed to teaching Advanced Mechanical Engineering. We are looking for outstanding, enthusiastic and passionate qualified teachers, to deliver outstanding student outcomes within the School of STEM. You must be able to carry out and teach Milling, Turning, Grinding and Bench Fitting techniques.

Northampton College is a general further education (GFE) college in the East Midlands region which opened in 1973, with circa 10,000 students and a turnover of circa £40M. It operates from a main campus on the outskirts of Northampton town at Booth Lane, a town centre campus at Lower Mounts and a third smaller campus in Daventry.

Inspectors praised leaders and managers for creating a “welcoming, calm and supportive environment” while working with stakeholders “very successfully” to understand the skills needs of the local, regional and national economy. The positive inspection recognised the College’s continued drive to equip students with the high-quality skills they need to progress rapidly in their learning and future careers.
