TEACHER/LIBRARIAN - Aquinas College, ASHMORE

We are seeking a Teacher-Librarian for our extensive Resource Library Centre. To be successful in this role you will be able to meet the following criteria: appropriate qualifications and experience, effective communication skills, an ability to work in partnership with colleagues, students and parents/carers, an ability to attend to detail in innovative and creative practices, and a clear understanding of the new Australian Curriculum. (Catholic and able to teach Religious Education could be an advantage). Applicants are required to address these points in the "letter of application" section of the on-line application form. The Teacher-Librarian supports and implements the vision of the school community through building an effective library, information and digital literacy services and programs that contribute to the development of lifelong learning. The successful applicant will contribute to the growth of students as independent, interdependent lifelong learners.
