We are seeking a teacher -librarian who is passionate about the role. The successful candidate will foster the growth of students as independent, interdependent lifelong learners; oversee the integration
of digital and information literacy skills and processes into
curriculum programs; manage the development of resource collections with both print and digital; use information and digital systems and services which promote equity of access to information; focus on a contemporary curriculum and pedagogy; foster the spirit of inquiry in an environment supportive of a diversity of learnersand learning styles, and promote and encourage an appreciation of literature and reading.
St Mark's Primary School is situated in the western suburbs of Brisbane. It prides itself on the community spirit displayed by students, teachers and parents. Our current enrolment is approximately 500 students. We encourage students to develop a knowledge of other cultures, languages and environmental and social issues.
