Are you an enthusiastic, well qualified and experienced Arabic Teacher, who has a love of learning, is passionate and full of energy? Then this is the right opportunity for you!

We are looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic Arabic teacher to join our Modern Foreign Languages department in September 2018. The post holder will joining a friendly and supporting team and will contribute to the teaching of iGCSE and A Level Arabic. In addition to Arabic, we also offer French, German and Spanish iGCSE and A Level. Experience of teaching one of these languages would therefore be a distinct advantage. The department also offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities including Film and Cooking Clubs as well as a vibrant mentoring programme.  Educational trips to Germany and Spain as well as having a well-established exchange programme with a French partner school are also integral parts of student learning experiences.  

Candidates should have a passion for languages and the ability to apply a range of teaching strategies that motivate and encourage children to want to learn. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver lessons that inspire children to succeed, have a detailed knowledge of the UK National Curriculum, as well as a commitment to the pursuit of excellence in education standards.

Our classrooms are equipped with interactive smartboards used by students and staff for a range of activities. In addition to that, all students at Doha College are furnished with an iPad upon entry.
