Chestnut Grove AcademyWandsworth

We seek a dynamic and inspiring teacher of Art & Design to join our vibrant Art department.  Art is a popular option at both GCSE and A Level and is a pivotal feature of our curriculum. All students study Art in KS3, with many engaging in our Specialist Enrichment curriculum.  We offer three GCSEs, in Visual Art, Graphic Communication and Textiles and have a dedicated Sixth Form studio for our popular Fine Art A level course.  Chestnut Grove was the first specialist Arts College in the country and the legacy of this specialism remains a strong feature of the academy’s ethos.

Chestnut Grove is a high performing, 11-18, multicultural school in Balham, South London. We have recently completed a multi-million pound building programme which has provided staff and students with a modern buildings and plenty of green space. Our motto is a ‘Creative Learning Community’, demonstrating a commitment to providing our students with an innovative and exciting curriculum.
