Part-time Teacher of Art & Photography (0.6 FTE)

(Required for the 1st of September, 2020 as a permanent member of staff)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic teacher of art & photography to join our art and design department. The candidate must have an absolute commitment and passion for the profession. The position would be highly suitable for an ambitious, highly motivated recently qualified or newly qualified teacher.

Netherhall School is a grant maintained, Local Authority, mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with a sixth form, situated in Maryport, Cumbria. The school achieved its first ever rating of ‘Good’ from Ofsted in 2018, was named Cumbrian Secondary School of the Year later the same year, is host to the Cumbrian Secondary School Teacher of the Year and Cumbrian Secondary School Student of the Year. The school has a rapidly rising intake and the sixth form has over doubled in size in the past few years, with 720 students of age 11-18 currently on roll.
