We are seeking to appoint a well qualified, enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of Business (ICT) to teach within this thriving and forward-thinking department. The successful applicant will be committed to offering high quality learning experiences which will engage young people to develop a love of the subject. You will be passionate about teaching and have a strong desire to develop within students a real interest in the subject by offering them a range of high quality experiences both inside and outside of the classroom. You will also be committed to ensuring that all students are given the best opportunities to succeed and use strategies that will ignite within each learner a strong desire to achieve their very best, by putting young people first and by having the highest expectations of them, yourself and others.

The Academy has a team of highly skilled and committed professionals who are relentless in their pursuit of excellence to improve the life chances of our students. We currently train ITT students and are very committed to developing new entrants to the profession. MCMA is a large campus set in nine acres of urban woodland and the learning spaces incorporate state of the art ICT, media and performance spaces. The Business department is well-resourced to provide all students with what they need to develop their skills. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and creative teacher to play a crucial role in the Academy and be part of the Co-op Academies Trust, one of the top performing multi-academy Trusts in the country.
