Rodborough School is seeking a well-qualified and enthusiastic part time Teacher of Business Studies to join our Business Studies and Computing team working 0.6fte. This post may also be suitable for teachers new to teaching.
Rodborough is a successful, popular, oversubscribed 11-16 school near Godalming, Surrey. It has an excellent reputation for providing a broad and rounded education whilst challenging all students to achieve their best. At Rodborough we are committed to the development of our teachers through an extensive programme of internal CPD. This is enhanced by opportunities to develop further through our partnerships in the wider area. Rodborough takes an active role within the Waverley Partnership of schools, which includes our VIth Form provider, Godalming College.
Business Studies is a very popular GCSE option at Rodborough, being only taught in Years 10 and 11. The subject sits alongside Computer Science and is well resourced, teaching in dedicated well-appointed ICT suites.
The successful candidate will have a passion to teach Business Studies, but will also recognise that working collaboratively and supporting the extra-curricular provision is essential when it comes to ensuring our students have the best possible experience during their time with us.
