Job overview

Our vision is "Learning for Life, Securing Success" meaning we are committed to ensuring our students develop as confident, resilient young people who have access to fantastic opportunities, achieve outstanding academic results and have happy and fulfilling lives. We achieve this aim through our key values of Aspire: Respect: Engage: Achieve which are rooted within our school ethos.

We have high expectations and are ambitious for both staff and students.  The successful candidate would be joining a team of talented, dedicated staff and have access to our superb programme of bespoke CPD and leadership development opportunities.  Teachers in our academy are valued and supported to achieve the very best standards: we encourage innovation!

The Business department has grown sustainably over the last two years and the successful candidate would need to maintain and build its popularity over KS4 and KS5. Applicants would offer Business Studies across GCSE and Sixth Form as well as the desire to build enterprise skills across the Academy. The ability to offer a second subject would be welcome although not essential.  We intend our post to attract ambitious, driven teachers who want to join a vibrant and happy academy, in state of the art facilities. The post would suit an NQT or more experienced teacher.
