Teacher of Chemistry
Required from September 2018
This full time chemistry position is an ideal appointment for either a recently graduated chemist or an experienced teacher, with the ability to inspire very able students. The successful candidate will join a large, well-resourced science team in dedicated specialist laboratories and will teach across the age range from year 7 science to chemistry A level.
Applicants will have a good chemistry-related degree along with the ability to share their passion for chemistry, making it an exciting and relevant subject. You will be expected to act as a tutor, encouraging and supporting students to achieve their best, and to participate in a varied programme of co-curricular activities. A teaching qualification is not essential.
