Teacher of Classics 

Full time to start September 2018

We are looking for an exceptional classicist with a dynamic and inspirational approach to teaching.  As a well qualified graduate you will enable all pupils to reach their potential, and challenge our most able of students. 

The Classics department is a dedicated, vibrant and successful team, and public examinations results are excellent. The department regularly sends undergraduates to Oxford or Cambridge to read Classics.  The successful applicant would be able to offer Latin and Classical Civilisation to A’ level; the ability to teach Greek would be advantageous but not essential.  

Applications are welcome from experienced teachers, NQTs or those wishing to obtain Initial Teacher Training via the School Direct programme.
