Required to start September 2018.

The Computer Science and ICT department at West Exe School are excited to offer a teaching position to a creative, innovative and computer science teacher. This individual will share our passion for both technology and teaching and learning pedagogy, using a combination of these to consistently deliver engaging lessons to our students. 

The individual who is successful in securing this post will join a highly performing team where exciting new online assessment and support materials facilitate 24/7 ‘flipped’ student learning. The successful applicant should have an appetite for new and innovative learning technologies as well as an eagerness to see these technologies spread across the school. As it forms roughly a third of our computer science curriculum, this post requires an applicant who can competently code Python. The post may also involve an element of iMedia delivery and as such, an understanding of Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite would be of benefit. 

West Exe School will shortly be academising and will be joining the Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust.
