Job overview
Marlborough College is seeking to appoint talented graduates to join its successful and flourishing Design Technology Department. With a state-of-the-art Innovation Centre soon to break ground, this is an exciting and transformative time for the Department; we are looking for two outstanding classroom practitioners with the vision to be creative, the passion to inspire pupils, and the desire to shape the future of innovation at the College. A suitable candidate without a formal teaching qualification – for example, a university academic – would be most welcome to apply.
The successful candidates will be expected to become involved in school life beyond the classroom, and to contribute to the pastoral and co-curricular provision that lies at the heart of a busy boarding school. They will be provided with accommodation, paid a generous salary, and given support for continuing professional development.
