Following a recent promotion, the Governing body are seeking to appoint a passionate Teacher of Drama to join our outstanding school.

King’s is an 11-18 non-selective school that was founded on traditional values. The school is highly regarded and significantly oversubscribed.  In the 2019  national performance tables, King's was ranked in the top 2% of schools in the North West.

The Drama Faculty is forward thinking and has established a creative community, where innovative teachers develop talented students.   For the successful candidate this is a unique opportunity to join a superb team and help shape the department's future success.  The school is well resourced with a theatre, lighting and drama studio. The curriculum is exciting, with students from all years enjoying their lessons and supporting school productions.  Departmental schemes of work are of a very high standard and designed to assist teacher work-life balance through the application of research-informed practise.
