Job overview
We are looking to appoint a Teacher of Design Technology who can inspire young people in the fields of design and manufacturing. We are looking for an inspirational teacher who will encourage students of all abilities to succeed.
Design and Technology is a very popular subject with our students. Over 60 students opt to study the subject at GCSE and a significant number of those continue to study the subject at A-level. The Department achieves excellent examination results and our students regularly win prizes in National Competitions.
The successful candidate will have experience of teaching Product Design. They will be coming to work in a well-equipped Department with committed staff. A willingness to contribute and a good sense of humour are essential.
