We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of EAL at Mount St Mary’s College to work with students to improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and enable them to access the wider curriculum and prepare for ESOL examinations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing positive learning outcomes for EAL students through strong classroom management skills and promoting a student-centred learning environment which encourages development and progression. The Teacher of EAL will use a variety of vibrant and engaging learning activities and methods to ensure the needs of individual student are met alongside curricular objectives.

This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be part of a vibrant co-educational boarding and day school in the Jesuit tradition, catering for the needs of children aged 11 -18 from all denominations in a truly ecumenical and happy environment.
