We are seeking an inspiring, enthusiastic, well-qualified Teacher of Economics to join a committed and high-achieving department in one of the country’s leading independent day schools. Pupils are offered inspirational and adventurous opportunities as well as strong support to develop a lifelong love of learning.
The new post holder will be able to teach Economics to Key Stage 5, whilst stretching the most able Sixth Form pupils who are en route to Oxbridge. They will be a self-motivated, innovative and outward-looking teacher with a desire to create exciting lessons to deliver the Economics curriculum, whilst also playing a full part in departmental improvement projects and keen to help develop extra-curricular activities. The ability to teach Government and Politics at Key Stage 5, would be advantageous, however, this is not essential.
