A great school has to be an outward looking school. Chesterfield which is proud to be a member of the Mersey View Learning Trust also works in partnerships locally, regionally and at national levels. Locally, we work in partnership with: ‘CAPITAL’, working with Crosby secondary and primary headteachers on leadership and curriculum links; Merseyside Youth Association; Merseyside Violence Prevention (MVP); Everton in the Community; Everton Foundation; Liverpool FC Foundation, Autism Initiatives; Sefton Safer Partnerships. Regionally, we work closely with: Rainbow Trust Teaching Hub; Best Practice Learning; Nationally, we work with: NACE; Holocaust Beacon School Network; PiXL schools; Youth Sports Trust; Football Association Foundation and Teach First.

The excellence of our work has led to a range of awards and commendations, such as: Holocaust Beacon School, School Wellbeing award, NAVAJO, Stonewall Gold Champion award, NACE Challenge award, and Parent Partnership award. The school is currently seeking a NASEN award.
