We wish to appoint an inspirational teacher with a proven record or the promise of outstanding practice, to work within our forward-thinking and successful English Department.

We require candidates to teach across the age and ability range and be committed to maintaining the high standards and profile that currently exist. The department is staffed by eight teachers, many with extensive experience, and a small number who have responsibilities in other areas.  High quality learning is essential in our journey to becoming an outstanding school.

English is a strong department with experience and energy who welcome and develop new staff.
