ENGLISH TEACHER 

Required for September 2018 a well-qualified teacher to join an outstanding English department in this highly successful comprehensive 11-18 Catholic School. This is an ideal post for either a newly qualified teacher or one seeking further experience in a high achieving context.

The successful candidate would be expected to teach English at KS3, GCSE (Language and Literature) and ‘A’ Level. There are highly successful AS/A2 courses in English Language, English Literature, English (Combined) and Media Studies within an Associated Sixth Form of over 1,100 students. The department has an excellent track record in terms of outcomes, achieving in excess of 90% L9-4.
