Kingsway Park High School was established in 2010 and joined the Altus Education Partnership in February 2022. We are now a very popular, oversubscribed school (1,350 students in years 7–11 and 190 staff) located in central Rochdale. We are very proud of the high-quality facilities, resources, and environment that we provide for both staff and students.

We are seeking to appoint a passionate, hard-working, and enthusiastic Teacher of English to join our thriving and successful department. The successful candidate will join a department that encourages collaboration, sharing and working as a team to ensure high-quality lessons and resources for all students. The team regularly engages in reading, research and training to ensure that we are at the forefront of developments in English teaching - this includes teaching and learning, progress and attainment of students and curriculum development. In addition, they will actively and fully be involved in our extra-curricular provision and the wider life of the school. It is a very exciting time to join the KPHS English department as we strive to provide outstanding education and improve outcomes for our students.
