Teacher of English with Media or Teacher of Media

We are looking for a Teacher of Media. This is an exciting opportunity to join Greenshaw Learning Trust / Brakenhale School and become an integral member of the teaching staff. We are an 11 to 18 school situated on the southern side of Bracknell town centre. We are a community school. Your role at our school will be to inspire students to learn about Media, an essential development for a student to comprehend, in our ever more connected and expanding world. Main responsibilities:

●    To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate

●    To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a Teacher/Tutor 

●    To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to accelerate with their learning

●    To contribute to raising standards of student attainment across the school

●    To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth

You will need:

• Relevant degree
• Qualified Teacher Status or be working towards
• Experience of working in a school setting
