MOD Schools seek to employ a passionate and dedicated teacher who is committed to working to support the progress of Service children LIVING overseas. The person appointed will teach Geography to A Level, or a Geography linked L3 qualification such as Travel and Tourism, and other Humanities and PSHE subjects at St John’s School, which serves the British Military communities in Cyprus. The school is rated by Ofsted as ‘good with outstanding features’, with approximately 30 teaching staff and 260 students on roll. We need someone who shares the Acting Principal’s vision based on ‘Excellence, Learning and Leadership’ who is prepared to give 100% to support the progress and create a love of learning for the service children whom we serve.
