This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, forward thinking, inspiring and energetic teacher with a real passion for History and Politics. You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual who has the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students.
NQT applications welcome. The successful candidate will be able to teach History across Key Stages 3 – 5 and Politics at Key Stage 5. An ability to offer Geography and/or RE to KS3 would also be an advantage.
History and Politics is a thriving department, which is very popular at GCSE and A Level, achieving consistently positive results.
Pate’s combines a relaxed atmosphere with academic rigour, and the pupils are a pleasure to teach. The school has superb facilities in new buildings on a spacious site. Pate’s Grammar School is a co-educational state-funded grammar school for students aged 11–18, set on a spacious, modern campus in west Cheltenham. The school benefits from state-of-the-art facilities and extensive sports fields.
