Pensby High School is an 11-18 years co-educational secondary school and we are currently looking to employ a Teacher of History.
History is a popular subject at both GCSE and A-level and exam results are well above the national average. We regularly have students going on to Higher Education to study History so the ability to motivate pupils to work hard and enjoy the subject is essential.
The successful candidates will be expected to:
• Teach History across key stages 3 to 5
• Display and promote excellence in teaching and learning
• Inspire Pupils
• Have a commitment to raising achievement

This post is for January 2018 start but an earlier start is possible with negotiation.
