Merrill Academy is an extremely rewarding school to work in. This vacancy provides an opportunity for the right candidate to join a new and highly motivated team driving this key curriculum area forward. We are looking for a new department member who will support our ambitious plans for the future.
Our plans are focused on supporting and developing the students, Humanities and the Academy as a whole, to make excellent progress and to provide all learners with a learning experience and environment which supports them. Merrill Academy, as our Ofsted report highlights, is on a journey of transition. Since the regrading in Spring, significant positive steps have been made and a culture shift is evolving.
