Horizons Academy Bexley is an alternative provision academy which works in close partnership with the two SEMH schools in London Borough of Bexley. All three schools have recently joined London South East Academies Trust (LSEAT) having worked together for a number of years as a hard federation, New Horizons Federation. Our schools provide education for pupils from Year 1 to Year 11 as well as working closely with our stakeholders in creating solutions for pupils at risk of permanent exclusion. Horizons Academy is an all through school which is commissioned by the Local Authority to provide education for permanently excluded pupils but also offers a broad range of preventative programmes and reintegration support to enable pupils to access education which is most appropriately matched to their needs.

The successful candidate will join a committed team of staff who strive to achieve best outcomes for our learners and work relentlessly with them to address the social, emotional and behavioural difficulties which have been a barrier to success in mainstream schools.
