Teacher of Mathematics 

Ridgewood High School is a growing high school in Wollaston, Stourbridge. We currently have just under 800 students and have excellent links with our local feeder schools. This is an exciting time to join Ridgewood. A new Headteacher joined the school in January 2018; Ofsted inspected us in February and in agreement with the new Head identified that there is work to be done to improve the quality of provision. We joined the Stour Vale Academy Trust in May 2018 and expect that this will play a significant part in our next steps. We are determined to have an ambitious school culture where our students thrive and leave us ready for their next steps. We want them to have high academic outcomes and be good, confident team players with the ability to make choices that will ensure they live happy and fulfilling lives. 

This is a full time post although part time may be considered for a suitable candidate. 

An excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Maths to teach up to GCSE within this strong and successful faculty. The quality of teaching and standards achieved in Maths have improved dramatically in recent years and we are looking for someone to join and help maintain the outstanding work of the existing team.
