Teacher of Mathematics - Maternity Cover

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious teacher within the Maths Department for a maternity cover post from May 2021, for 6 months in the first instance, as detailed below:

Teacher of Mathematics (maternity cover – 6 months in the first instance).  The successful candidate will teach across key stages and use a variety of methods and approaches (including differentiation) to match curricular objectives and the range of pupil needs, ensuring equal opportunity for all pupils.  The post will initially be for a period of 6 months but may be extended further. 

Bellerive is a popular, successful and over-subscribed Catholic college for girls aged 11-18 years, with a mixed 6th Form.  Our aim is to enable each pupil to make the most of every given ability and enjoy and achieve personal growth and academic excellence.  We will support and encourage them to succeed and prepare for their adult life, playing a full part in a modern global society.
