As a mathematics teacher at All Saints’ Academy you will be part of a dynamic team that works passionately to develop the skills of all in one of the most highly respected qualifications. 

The Academy was recently rated as “Good” and Ofsted (Nov, 2014) commented that “student achievement in mathematics is improving rapidly as a result of outstanding subject leadership”.  

All Saints’ Academy is the most improved non-selective secondary school in Cheltenham for GCSE performance.   

This is an exciting time to join the mathematics team as we continue to enhance the quality of teaching and realise the enormous potential of our students. All years are taught in ability sets and our focus is firmly set on deep learning, with a keen attention paid to mastery of key skills and concepts to ensure students are fully prepared to begin the GCSE programme in Year 9. 

We offer A level mathematics and uptake is increasing year up on year and results are on an upward trend, with a result of 100% A*-E this summer.  

Through your professional practice you will demonstrate a commitment to excellent teaching and will be supported with an extensive CPD programme to meet your needs. 

You will ensure the well-being of students and the effective use of resources to continually improve standards of learning and achievement for all students. Our teachers and students benefit from the highest quality technology and practical learning resources.

All Saints’ Academy Cheltenham is a mainstream secondary state school with sixth-form, catering for pupils aged 11-19. The school opened in September 2011 and is a Church of England academy for the whole community, welcoming children of all faiths and none.

It is sponsored by the Anglican Diocese of Gloucester. All Saints’ Academy Cheltenham offers 900 places for pupils aged 11-16, and 220 places for sixth-formers who wish to study both academic and vocational courses.
