We are seeking to appoint an excellent practitioner to inspire students who study French in the Academy. This is an exciting time to join St Wilfrid’s. We are eager to invest in our staff to ensure we are outstanding in all we do.
The successful applicant will work within an enthusiastic team to instill a passion for French in learners through high quality learning and teaching and the sharing of practice within the learning area. This post offers an excellent opportunity to join an experienced and supportive learning area. A comprehensive CPD programme supports staff at all stages of their career.
As an Academy we are forward thinking, yet hold tight to firm educational values which brings about examination success. All students at key stage 3 & 4 have access to an iPad. This innovation, alongside an Immersive classroom space and iMac suite, ensures teaching staff have the opportunity to utilise technology to inspire, enthuse and capture learning to bring about success.
We run a very successful NQT programme, working in partnership with a local Teaching School, and frequently run National College programmes to support staff who aspire to Middle and Senior Leadership positions.
