As a school we fully believe that all of our students should have the opportunity to learn another language. Recently, we have invested in the subject by introducing Spanish alongside French and raised expectations for students continuing them up to GCSE Level. We a re very pleased that this year there has been threefold increase in the number of students opting to take qualifications in a modern foreign language. We are seeking to appoint a hard-working and passionate teacher, specialising in both French and Spanish, to continue this growth and engagement. We view this as a critical post in the development of both the school’s curriculum and culture.

The closing date is Friday 21 May 2021, 1pm and interviews will take place shortly afterwards.

The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
