The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to nurture a love of music, and who will encourage informed and independent thought in every girl. The successful candidate should be able to teach all year groups and to support and challenge a range of students in an effective and engaging manner. Conducting experience and/or the ability to play the organ would be an advantage.
