Teacher of PE

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and flexible teacher of PE with the drive to help us take our success to the next level in curricular and extracurricular provision. 

At Parliament Hill we currently offer GCSE Dance and GCSE PE at Key Stage 4. Whilst at Key Stage 3, we offer a range of activities to provide a diverse curriculum offer for every student through year 7-9. We offer an excellent range of extra-curricular activities that run alongside competitive sport for key stage 3 and 4. The PE department has worked hard to develop a tradition of success in the Camden Shield and additional extracurricular competitions in the surrounding community. 

The successful applicant would be expected to continue to develop our students’ passion for sport. The post holder would be expected to run lunch and after school PE clubs, enter local and out of borough competitions, including the Camden Shield, London Youth Games and celebrate student achievement.  

The successful candidate would be required to contribute to continued improvements in progress and student attainment and show a strong commitment to health and fitness for young women.  The post holder will be required to teach in the PE department across a range of activities and should state any sporting areas of expertise that they could offer.
